Fine Art Photography Studies
Exploring abstractions of light and color and naturally occurring patterns, I am interested in the creativity and shift in perspective that occur when viewing the familiar from a unique vantage point. I achieve these abstractions naturally by capturing unique reflections of light, or the unexpected forms that light and color combine to create when viewing the world through macro and super-macro lenses. I create these abstractions manually by photographing through pieces of glass and crystal, or through a variety of colored lenses.
